❄AFZ+Everystuff DayZ - Dinosaurs under the Northern Lights!

Ah, Namalsk in late December; there's nothing like sitting by a fire during a blizzard, sipping some RaG coffee, and listening to a T-Rex roar in the night. A robust PvE Namalsk experience for those who want to chase the lore and dodge the raptors, but without getting shot all the time as well. Two custom PvP zones, as well as hostile NPC pilot and copilot at helicrash locations, for those players who do enjoy a bit of incoming fire.

Server is set up to accommodate players who enjoy having a trader, as well as players who can't be bothered with all that. All of the 'fluff' items are sold at trader to prevent them from clogging the loot spawns. Trader for those who like it, clean reliable loot spawns for those who don't. 🤷‍♂️

Three types of building systems, as well as pre-fab cabin kits. Party mod, Global Chat, and Territories. Build to your heart's desire!

Map features:

• Dinosaurs (big ones are south of Sebjan) - Dilophosaurus, Raptors, Idrex, Triceratops, T-Rex
• Remote outposts (2) that buy dinosaur meat for $$$
• Expansion, Arma2 and RedFalcon Helicopters
• Vanilla and RedFalcon Boats/Watercraft
• Expansion and Vanilla vehicles, as well as Quads, Side-By-Sides, and Gun Trucks
• Expansion, BBP, and Vanilla building almost-anywhere. RaG Cabins as well!
• Buca, TacticalFlava, Mass, Arma2, and Expansion weapons (incl. LAW & RPG)
• Fires last much longer, have a larger radius, and can be lit in any structure regardless of ceiling height
• Heli crashes, Santa crashes, Airdrops, and hackable loot crates
• Search for Loot mod lets players search furniture within buildings for additional loot
• Multiple small custom villages, military camps, and PvP zones on mainland and icepack
• Loot increased slightly: Great for groups!
• Expansion Market trader - NOTE: Using the Market is optional; there is nothing sold there you can't live without, and any the important stuff is properly adjusted in loot tables.
• All lore items left untouched and not messed-with; expect to find filaments, keycards, intel etc. exactly where you expect to (corresponds with interactive maps)
• 6 GHz Realtime-priority CPU server based in New York, USA (Eastern Time Zone UTC-5)

A few additions have been made that were going to roll-out for DayZ 1.29, but that keeps getting delayed, so I'm rolling them out 4/4/2026:

• AI NPC pilots spawn at helicopter crashes: Armed with a rifle and a few mags, these pilots aren't doing great after the crash, and they aren't dressed for Namalsk's elements. Shoot it out or wait-em-out, these NPCs carry rewards that make the risk worth the time. 
• Hackable crates now spawn in the PvP areas. Open these up for some good treasure, but beware the beasties that guard them.
• The "Yeet Brigade" (Expansion gets the credit for the name) is causing a ruckus at Santa's Village on the icepack. They drop good loot, but they drop human players (and anything else that angers them) even better.
• AI NPCs starting to hang out in the Tara PvP zone. With all the high-end loot that spawns there, folks can expect to see an increase in interest towards checking the area out. 
• ALL Market/trader files have been cleaned up, and prices adjusted for sanity. The values of 3rd party weapons (Arma2, Mass, TacticalFlava, Buca) has been re-designed in a more specific 'tiered' fashion, and lower-end weapons fetch slightly-higher (vs previous server version) prices for those who participate in using the Market/trader. (again, server is set up so that Market/trader is optional) 
• Gauss rifle components spawns have been restored to just-Lantia, so now Gauss battery packs aren't replacing filament spawns. All Lantia lore items re-verified as spawning in their correct vanilla loot spawn points. 
• Military, Police, and 2 specific citizen zombie types now have a chance to drop small amounts of cash (that add up). Military officers run a smaller chance of ALSO dropping gold or silver nuggets, that can be traded at the Purveyor's Outpost.
• Dinosaur meat is now more valuable and is sold at the Purveyor's Outpost.
• Small ankle-biter Dilo dinos appear all over map (instead of just down south). Easily dropped, and meat semi-valuable
• Number of dinosaurs south of Sebjan, and on Tara, have been doubled. Polar bears on the ice pack have doubled. There are now three (3) T-Rex dinosaurs somewhere on the map at all times. 

Fixed:

• Medium tents can no longer be exploited for near-endless money
• Wooden crates can no longer be exploited for near-endless money

In order to maintain maximum transparency, we feel it necessary to mention that we do not replace lost items/vehicles. This policy is in place for the following reasons:

• DayZ does special things sometimes and we cannot be in the volunteer business of coordinating logins across time zones to go in and replace vehicles, items lost on corpses, etc. 
• In a real apocalypse, there will be nobody to flip your vehicle back over, pull it out of the water, or replace it via magic/admin commands.
• Our server is set up so that, should players choose to, they can exploit a regular gun/pot-running trade route and collect enough things of value to replace a lost high-end helicopter in less than an hour's time (bring lots of bullets, some heat packs, and a few beers for the road).
